Selecting the correct phone model and case type before placing your order
Entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout
Reviewing all order details carefully before submitting your order

Nika Studio Creations is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer, including but not limited to the wrong phone model, wrong case type, or an incorrect shipping address.

5. Orders & Cancellations

By placing an order, you agree that you have reviewed your selections and that all information provided is accurate.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, inaccurate pricing, or product unavailability.

Cancellations: Except where applicable law or the European Union policy described in our Refund & Return Policy provides otherwise, cancellation requests must be submitted within 12 hours of purchase. Because production begins shortly after an order is placed, orders that have entered production cannot be cancelled or modified.
