By visiting our website and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, including any additional terms and policies referenced here or available through our website. These Terms apply to all users of the site, including browsers and customers.
- Website Use
By using this site, you represent that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction or that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian. You may not use our website, products, or services for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.

- Products and Services
All products sold by Nika Studio Creations are made to order. Each item is created specifically for you after your order is placed. Product availability is subject to production capacity, and we reserve the right to limit quantities, modify products, or discontinue products at any time.
We make every reasonable effort to display product colors, designs, materials, and images accurately. However, we cannot guarantee that your device’s display will accurately reflect the appearance or color of the physical product. Minor variations may occur during the printing and manufacturing process.
Product descriptions, pricing, availability, and specifications may be changed at any time without notice.
- Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:
• Selecting the correct phone model and case type before placing an order
• Selecting the intended finish or available product options
• Providing a complete and accurate shipping address
• Reviewing all order information before completing checkout
Except where required by applicable law or covered by our Return and Refund Policy, Nika Studio Creations is not responsible for customer ordering errors, including selecting the wrong phone model, case type, finish, or providing an incorrect shipping address.
- Orders and Cancellations
By placing an order, you confirm that you have reviewed your product selections, shipping address, and other order details and that the information provided is accurate.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in cases including suspected fraud, inaccurate pricing, product unavailability, payment issues, or circumstances that prevent us from fulfilling the order. If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, the applicable amount will be refunded.
Except where applicable law provides otherwise, cancellation requests must be submitted within 12 hours of purchase and before production has begun. Once an order has entered production, it cannot be canceled or modified.
Cancellation requests should be sent as soon as possible to nicole@nikastudiocreations.com. Submitting a request does not guarantee that the order can be canceled if production has already begun.
- Pricing and Payment
Prices may be displayed in U.S. dollars or another available currency depending on the customer’s location and selected region. The final price and currency displayed at checkout are the amounts that apply to the purchase.
We reserve the right to change product prices at any time without notice. Payment is due when an order is placed. Available payment methods are displayed during checkout.
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors or inaccuracies. If a pricing error affects an order that has already been placed, we may contact the customer with available options or cancel and refund the affected order.
- Returns and Refunds
Our return, replacement, cancellation, and refund practices are governed by our Return and Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Because our products are made to order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for changes of mind, incorrect phone-model selections, incorrect case selections, incorrect addresses, or other customer ordering errors, except where required by applicable law.
If an order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, customers should contact nicole@nikastudiocreations.com within the period specified in our Return and Refund Policy and include their order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging.

- Shipping and Delivery
Our production, shipping, tracking, customs, and delivery practices are governed by our Shipping Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Production and shipping are separate stages. All shipping and delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delivery may be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, holidays, weather, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
International shipping availability and rates may vary according to the product, destination, fulfillment location, and carrier. Customers are responsible for customs fees, import duties, taxes, or similar charges unless otherwise stated at checkout or required by applicable law.
Orders containing multiple products may arrive in separate packages.

You may not use the website, its content, or the Service to:
