How do I choose the right case?
Please select your exact iPhone model before adding to cart. Magnetic cases include a built-in magnet compatible with MagSafe chargers and accessories; Tough cases do not. Because every case is made to order, please double-check your model and case type before purchasing.
When will my order arrive?
Every NSC case is made to order, so production and shipping are separate stages. Once production is complete, U.S. shipping typically takes 2–5 business days. International shipping typically takes 10–30 business days. Delivery estimates aren’t guaranteed, and tracking will be emailed when available.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Because our products are made to order, customers outside the EU and UK generally cannot return or exchange an item because of a change of mind or an incorrect phone model, case type, finish, or address. Cancellation requests must be made within 12 hours and before production begins. EU and UK customers retain the rights described in our Returns & Refunds policy.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please email nicole@nikastudiocreations.com within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the item and packaging. Once confirmed as eligible, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
